Role: The aim will be to provide estimates of the absolute and relative risks of congenital malformations and other adverse outcomes of pregnancy among women who become infected with AIKV during pregancy compared to unifectad pregnant women, also leading to further validation of the Zika Congenital Syndrome. We will enroll pregnant women from different institutions and cities in Ecuador where the outbreak of ZIKA is expected to start , I will get the informed consent and be in charge of the transport of the blood samples or other we need.
